ELM letter to ISKCON Leicester devotees
On October the 1st 2010, at the European Leaders Conference in Prabhupada Desh Italy, where 50 members were present, representing ISKCON devotees from 18 countries, the members in attendance voted unanimously to send the following message of support to ISKCON Leicester, UK:
Dear Pradyumna Prabhu and all ISKCON Leicester devotees,
Hare Krishna and all glories to Srila Prabhupada.
We learned with great concern of the explosion and fire at your temple in Leicester. We are very sorry to hear about this and wanted to send you our collective support and prayers, as well as compliment you on your quick thinking, which we understand, resulted in the safety of many devotees.
As most of us care for devotee communities, we can fully understand the shock and devastation this event must have caused. We pray the community will be blessed by Lord Sri Krishna in its attempts to carry on with its regular worship and preaching work, and we collectively send you all our best wishes for your future success.
