The Bhakti Yoga seminar:

This beginners course is an ideal opportunity to develop a basic understanding of Bhaktiyoga.

The three months course is structured in three parts:

1) Basic philosophy:
- Vaishnava Theology and Philosophy / Karma and Reincarnation / Temple life / Vaishnava songs and culture / Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON / other religions

2) Bhakti Yoga:
- Devotional service in exercise / Mantra meditation - the holy name / Bhagavad Gita / The nine procedures / The nine steps

3) Continuative knowledge
- The three gunas / Varnashrama Dharma / The life of great Bhakti Yogis, etc.

Furthermore do you learn basics of the Bhajana instruments (Karatals, Mrdanga and Harmonium), how to offer an arati to Krishna (ceremony of worship) and some tricks in the vedic art of cooking.

Also included in the course are different exhibitions, as well as the visit to the Sankirtan seminar in Germany (book distribution - sharing Krishna consciousness with others) and a Japa seminar (meditation weekend) in the Berner Oberland.

You are going back to your social circle, to familiy and friends and job. But then you are spiritually energized and you take valuable impressions and realizations into your day-to-day life.

Or you deepen your understanding of Bhakti Yoga and join the pilgrimage to India, to the roots of the vedic culture.
