Radha Madan-mohan are the presiding Deities on Goloka-dhama

PLACE: This year the meetings will be in Abentheuer, Germany, where, I'm reliably informed, the sun shines for 51 weeks a year.

Goloka-dhama, Abentheuer

DATES: Wednesday 20 April - Sunday 24 April 2005. Please note well that this year the meetings are from Wednesday to Sunday, not Tuesday to Saturday.

PRICE: A very reasonable two-tier system this year. If you would like to stay in the ashram it is 85 Euros, or if you would like to go in style, it is 140 Euros for staying in the guesthouse.

These rates include all meals and accomodation from arrival on Tuesday to departure on Monday morning. Extra time will cost extra.

TRANSPORT: The best places to go to be collected from are:

Hahn Airport (A Ryanair airport): cost 20 Euros per car

Luxembourg Airport: 30 Euros per car

Frankfurt Airport: 50 Euros. (But is best and quickest to take a train for 20 Euros to Neubruecke, Nahe and then be collected from the train station for 5 Euros. The train station is directly inside the airport.)

PLEASE REGISTER SOON!

For all that have been before, please be sure to register soon, as this is shaping up to be the best ICELT Meetings yet. We are working on making sure the discussions are relevant, challenging, and stimulating and it won't be the same without you.

As many of you will know, the ICELT Meetings are a great opportunity to share with devotees from all over Europe, and even further afield.

It is an atmosphere of open enquiry and discussion in a conservative, devotional atmosphere.

If you are reading this, you are welcome to come. It is not just for "Communications Devotees", it is a sanga of preachers and your participation will be valued.

A reminder to please book now if you are coming to this year's ICELT Meetings. This year's meetings will be unique with special guests and in a wonderful setting. We are expecting a larger gathering than normal so please let's know soon, especially if you want a room in the guest house.

If you haven't been before then please make an effort this year. It's a great sanga.

The programme in brief:

These are all issues that will greatly affect our preaching in Europe and worldwide.

Combine this with great prasadam and beutiful Deities!

As some of you will not know Mayer and Benson, here is a short intro:

Mayer teaches at the University of Fribourg and writes extensively on religious developments in the contemporary world. He has an interesting website at www.religionwatch.com.

Iain Benson is a barrister, solicitor, and scholar. His field is the relationship between religion and state.

Please see below for some of the practical details.
